Looking for a mature responsible person to sublet my furnished apartment while I'm away. Its in a great part of the city (I love it here). The apartment is modestly furnished but clean with lots of light. Ideally someone who is willing to take it for the full 6 months, though I can be a bit flexible at either end.

Comments: Its modestly furnished but a well lit, top (4th) floor space, with a balcony. I've lived here 9 years and love it.
