Cosy attic studio flat in East London, 25 mins from the centre

This is my home that I rent while away. This is a second flow attic flat (if you require high ceilings in the entire space this is not for you) with a view over the surrounding area. It is in between Wanstead, a lovely quaint suburban area famed for its restaurants and cafe, and Leytonstone, a dynamic, up-and-coming urban area of London. It is easily accessible via Central line. The introduction of the Elizabeth Line, connected to the Central Line in Stratford has made the journey to London even faster. It is also very close to Epping Forest where there are ponds and the chance to have walks or jogging. This is a large woodland area that starts from Leytonstone and expands for many miles. The flat has a one small bedroom and a kitchen/living room with a desk. This is where I wrote several journal articles. There are also libraries nearby: a public library in Wanstead and UCL East library in Stratford. Central London universities are easily reachable.
