Description
Guests may choose between 3 beautiful private rooms. The Master suite in the main house accommodates 1-2 guests. Each private room in the Casita accommodates one guest. Please note that stairs are required to access all rooms. If you would like to rent more than one room, let us know and we will check our availability. We are looking for residents who are excited to be part of a small arts community (up to 6 total residents at a time), who genuinely want to make friends and local connections. Whether you're taking photos of toucans in the private woods, writing poetry, composing music poolside, or painting the picturesque mountain views, we ask that you are involved in the arts in some way while you're here. We host 2 weekly gatherings onsite and have a relationship with the best local guide for day trips. If you're looking to see the sights and be social, we've got you covered. If you prefer some peace and quiet, there are a lot of opportunities for privacy on the property. These include a freestanding art studio, a rancho/gazebo, several patios, and 14 acres of forested trails.

Comments: Adults only, no pets. Parking is available. There is one senior dog, Mr. Grinch, living on the property who is allowed to wander around all common spaces. He is unable to access private rooms. Mr. Grinch prefers to be ignored.
