Come enjoy countryside quiet and serenity in the beating heart of the right bank and experience the vibrancy of le onzième as soon as you step out of our courtyard. Our neighborhood boasts countless bakeries, coffeeshops, macha spots, restaurants, wellness studios, and more. In addition to the three nearby farmer’s markets, there are dozens of wonderful organic stores just a stone’s throw away. We also have three bookstores within a 100-yard radius. Five Metro lines (2, 3, 5, 9, and 11) have a stop located within a 7-minute walk, and the République transportation hub is 12 minutes away. There are also several Vélib stations and bus options close-by. The apartment sits on the far end of the courtyard, away from the street’s hustle and bustle. It occupies the entirety of the first floor in our section of the apartment complex. We have two decks, one for lounging and the other for eating outside, as well as two evergreen gardens that extend the full length of the lot. As you walk in, you enter a generously-sized open concept space (kitchen + living-room) with a cosy feeling, highlighted by exposed beams. You can relax on the sofa with a book from the shelves or while watching a film on the home cinema. The washer/dryer is conveniently located in a half-bath tucked away behind the kitchen. For privacy, the two bedrooms sit on opposite sides of the living space. They are both very large, with a lot of closet space, and they both come with a comfortable full bath – an extremely rare feature for a Parisian apartment. The two single beds in one of the rooms can be turned into a queen bed with an extra desk as needed. Thanks to the tall windows that were installed during the remodeling and to the high ceilings, the apartment has natural light throughout the day. One water heater feeds the kitchen’s appliances and the radiators in the living-room and one bedroom. A separate water heater powers the other bedroom. Each bedroom has a ceiling fan that provides a nice cooldown when it’s hot outside. Tenants are welcome to use the electric piano, the acoustic bass, and the acoustic guitar, as well as our two bikes. The courtyard has a warm and friendly community feel, with a mix of families with young children, young professionals, and older residents. Please respect that community by keeping your voices down when you are outside.
