The townhouse functions as an ample apartment on the first level alone, with a full kitchen, dining, living, and en-suite bed and bath, a dedicated office space and a library, while the second floor is exclusive and for owner-family only, not accessed by renters. The second floor will either be empty, or include one roommate, a female owner-family member taking a gap year and working outside the property, to share the kitchen and the laundry areas with.
