Keyless front-door entry is just steps from the bedroom. You’ll also have full use of the shared kitchen, dedicated refrigerator space, washer/dryer, living and dining areas, and outdoor patio. One of the best features is The Cannery Ranch House, just a 2-minute walk away. Residents have access to the swimming pool, spa, game room, and a large air-conditioned Wi-Fi lounge with tables and sofas—a great additional place to read, study, or relax outside the house. A running/walking trail is about a minute away. UC Davis is approximately 3 miles away—about 15 minutes by bike or under 10 minutes by car. Downtown Davis is ~2 miles away, Nugget Market is less than a mile, and Community Park and the Mary L. Stephens Library are about 1.2 miles away. This is an owner-occupied family home. We are generally quiet after about 8 PM, with normal household activity beginning around 6:15 AM. We’re looking for someone who values a calm home, respects shared spaces, and is comfortable living independently. Occasional overnight guests are fine with advance notice; no frequent or recurring overnight guests. No smoking. Pets are considered case-by-case because of household allergies. $1,450/month including utilities and high-speed internet. We strongly prefer 3+ month stays and are flexible on exact timing for the right fit.
