Welcome to my bright and peaceful home in Sant’Elena, one of Venice’s greenest and most relaxed neighbourhoods, just a short walk from the Biennale Gardens. The apartment has a spacious open-plan living room and fully equipped kitchen, with beautiful wooden beams, large arched windows and four balconies overlooking the greenery. It is filled with natural light and is a lovely place to relax after a day exploring Venice. There is one main bedroom with a double bed, as well as a separate study/guest room with a desk and a sofa bed, making it convenient both for working and for accommodating an additional guest. The apartment also has a modern bathroom with a large walk-in shower. What I especially love about the home is the combination of Venetian character, light and greenery. Sant’Elena feels peaceful and residential, while still being very close to the Biennale and within easy reach of the historic centre.
