We are going on Sabbatical and would like to rent our family friendly house. The house is newly renovated for us to live in comfortably with new paint and overhead lighting, refinished wood floors, and updated bathrooms. Upstairs there are three bedrooms and two full baths with one as a main bedroom on suite. On the main floor there is a living room, modern kitchen, dinning room with big table that sits 10, eat in kitchen dinning for 4, mud room, dedicated office with two desks, and sun room that holds a small in home gym setup with treadmill, elliptical and floor space. The house sits on a quiet cul de sac in a family friendly neighborhood that is a 5 minute drive to downtown Amherst and/or Amherst college. UMass is less than 10 minute drive.
