This charming and spacious house features majestic high ceilings, exposed brick wall and plenty of outdoor space. Conveniently located close to the main train station, the property is walking distance both to the historic centre of Valencia and the trendy neighbourhood of Russafa. One can find all basic services in the immediate vicinity: grocery stores, pharmacies, fruit sellers, cafes, restaurants, hardware stores, etc. In fact, it is only a few minute’s walk from the Jesus market. Yet it is also exceptionally well connected to the entire city by public transport. It is adjacent to the Jesus metro station and, thanks to its proximity to the train station, enjoys outstanding bus connections. We have just renovated this house for our own use and are looking for renters who will care for it as if it were their own during the 2026-2027 academic year. The house has been designed and furnished for a family with two teenage children. But it could also be very good for and individual or a couple desiring spacious accommodations. The house has three bedrooms and a salon with a large (55 inch) television on the second floor. The bedrooms are furnished with beds, night tables and closets. One room has a single bed (90 cm), another a larger bed (140 cm) and finally the master bedroom has a large bed (160 cm). There are two bathrooms on the second floor: a large bathroom with toilet, bidet and shower and a small bathroom with toilet connected to the master bedroom. A sofa bed is situated across from the television. The second floor salon leads to a spacious terrace. (There is also a mezzanine at the level of a third floor, which, however, has not yet been furnished.) The main floor is centred around a large kitchen/living area. This space is designed to accommodate a piano etc. and, as yet, is minimally furnished. Nevertheless, there is a large dining table with six chairs as well as a sitting area. The brand new kitchen is well appointed including a fridge, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, water boiler, dishes, cutlery etc. The main floor bathroom has a toilet and shower. There are also a small dance studio and an office on the main floor. A large patio provides a marvelous outdoor space in which to enjoy the Mediterranean climate. The entire property is very luminous and calm representing a lovely retreat in the bustling city of Valencia. All of the main rooms have new air conditioning units. The property also has clothes washer and a water softener.
