My husband and I had an unexpected, but welcome opportunity for work in London (he is an academic), and we are looking for someone who is interested in our furnished 3 bed, 2 bath top floor (3rd floor) unit in a 4 unit building. The main living room / kitchen has a lot of natural light and is the room facing the street (lots of beautiful trees), as you go down the hall there is a laundry room, then a small room that has a sofa bed and a standing desk which we use as a guest room / office. Further down the hall is a stand alone bathroom (shower / tub combo). Beyond that is the primary bedroom with an attached bathroom (also shower / tub combo). The final room is a bright, airy space used an a workout space and office, and it opens to a balcony. There is also an option to use the private parking along the back if you want for $100/ month ($2650 / month without parking) It is a 5-6 min walk to the closest L stop (the Brown line) and is walking distance from many great restaurants, grocery stores, and coffee shops. We are open to people interested in at least 6 months starting as early as October 2026, with an end date of June 2027. Our lease ends June 2027 and if you want to stay you can enter a new lease with the building management (who are very lovely people). We would take our furniture with us at the end of our lease, however.
