This is a cheery, one-story bungalow, fully furnished, 2BR plus a 3rd small BR or office, with a beautiful backyard, deck and patio. The house is located in a very friendly and quiet neighborhood. It is close to excellent shopping on Solano Avenue, 2 miles from UC and within a 3 minute walk for a bus to campus. Backyard and the patio are extremely pleasant for outdoor relaxing and meals. The house is ideal for visiting faculty/scholars, couples or singles with up to two small children. We are primarily interested in visitors who will arrive and depart promptly. Rent is $4200 per month, $4000 for stays of 6 months or longer. We are former Berkeley faculty, now on the east coast, but we return regularly and keep the house fully furnished and outfitted.
