I'm looking for individual(s) to rent rooms in my second home or a group of individuals to rent whole house. I may stay occasional weekdays in my back pool house with my sweet aging dog (to be near my brother/job) and say hello but mostly live in nearby Pasadena. House is open an lovely with comfortable furniture, piano, fireplace, pool, enclosed patio and lots of tables for study/work. Gardener and pool maintenance and all utilities included. Basically I don't want the home to go to waste being empty, but I also want lovely people and no drama - a win-win!

Comments: I am looking for mature individuals. Overnight street parking restrictions 2 am-6 am so need to park in driveway. Holds 4 cars but may have to move around if more than 2. Flexible month-to-month. Security deposit equal to one month rent.

Comments: $1500 for a regular bedroom (queen bed) (2-3); $2500 for master bedroom (cal king) or $6000 whole house. I may stay in pool house during some week days with my outside old dog because I work close by and come and go through separate entrance .
