We are a friendly, responsible couple of retired school teachers who have lived in Toronto for many years. We are offering our beautiful, fully furnished home in Seaton Village to someone looking for a comfortable, stylish and peaceful place to stay in Toronto for an extended period. Our home is located in one of Toronto’s most charming and convenient neighbourhoods, close to Bloor Street, Korea Town, Christie Pits, excellent restaurants, cafés, shops and public transit. It is a wonderful location for someone who wants to experience Toronto as a local, with easy access to downtown, universities, hospitals and the subway. The house is beautifully furnished and exceptionally clean, bright and well maintained. It has two bedrooms, a comfortable living space, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, laundry facilities, and modern conveniences throughout. Every room has been thoughtfully designed to be comfortable and welcoming, with quality furnishings and everything you would need for an extended stay. There is also a small private patio where you can enjoy some outdoor space. While we do not have a dedicated office, the home offers several quiet and comfortable areas that are well suited for working remotely. The dining area and living spaces are bright, calm and spacious, with reliable high-speed internet throughout the house, making it easy to set up a laptop and work comfortably from anywhere in the home. Many guests find the environment ideal for focused work, reading, writing or online meetings, with plenty of natural light and a peaceful atmosphere. We are looking for a mature, respectful and responsible individual, couple or small family who will treat our home with the same care and respect that we do. We would ideally like to find someone who appreciates a well-kept home and is looking for a genuine home-away-from-home. We understand that people coming to Toronto for work, study or extended stay want more than just a place to sleep. We hope our home will provide a comfortable base from which to work, explore the city and enjoy everything Toronto has to offer. Because this is our personal home, finding the right match is important to us. We value clear communication, reliability, cleanliness and mutual respect. Our ideal guest would be someone who plans to stay for a minimum of 29 days from Dec 1 to March 31, and is looking for a special place to call home while they are in Toronto.
