First floor of a 3BR craftsman home in the Wallingford/Fremont neighborhood. 2 blocks north of Gasworks Park and Burke/Gilman trail. Walking distance to Fremont restaurants. UW is 11 min bike/30 min walk. Furnished bedroom, office/lounge area, private bathroom, exclusive use of side and front patio. Kitchen is shared ~25% of the time with us. Private entrance and closed door separates your space from the rest of the house. We will clear shelf, closet space etc in these rooms for you. Most of the time you will have the kitchen to yourself; for 1 week/mo we will be living on the second floor and will share the kitchen with you. (We're moving to the Bay Area this year for a fellowship.) Shared washer and dryer with basement apartment.
