Ideal for one or two visitors who wish to stay for 3 to 6 months (possibly longer) in my pretty, dream location of a home! You will be staying in one of Dublin's most desirable residential areas - safe, calm and within an easy stroll of the city centre and the city's universities. House is part of a terrace of small red brick two storey homes built in 1912 right next to Herbert Park, which has tennis courts, a weekly farmer's market and lots of space to unwind. It's officially a 2 bed but I use the second bedroom as a dressing room. It has a large clothing rail and a desk. It's good for storage or you might like to work from there. Two small but recently renovated bathrooms - one is an ensuite with shower, the other has a bath. The house has wooden floors throughout and upstairs the boards aren't as perfect as downstairs so the place is characterful, not perfectly polished! The kitchen extension is light-filled with a vaulted ceiling and Velux windows. There is a small backyard, where I keep my bike, which you may like to use during your stay. The house is fitted out with a new gas boiler, excellent wifi, satellite (cable) Smart TV, a good oven and stove, a printer, Nespresso coffee machine etc. Utilities not included in rental price. The houses are really well built so it's been a pleasure living here for the past few years, especially with the large, leafy park next door and very nice neighbours. Excellent transport routes and a 2 minute stroll to Ballsbridge or Donnybrook. Refuse is collected weekly. There is on street paid parking. Herbert Park and all its amenities are on your literal doorstep. - clean sheets and towels provided - kitchen fully kitted out with utensils, cookware and tableware.
