Bright & lovely one-bedroom in Cowley: ideal for students/academics/couples

I’m subletting my bright, quiet, and much-loved one-bedroom apartment while I’m away. It’s a warm and welcoming home, ideal for an individual or couple looking for a comfortable place to stay in Oxford for a short period, especially an academic, visiting researcher, or professional. The flat is on the second floor and has a spacious bedroom, a cosy living room, a fully equipped kitchen, one bathroom, and plenty of storage throughout. It has everything you’ll need for a comfortable stay, including a washing machine and dryer, as well as a desk and monitor if you’ll be working from home. There’s also a smart TV with subscriptions to Netflix, HBO, and Amazon Prime, plus access to a lovely shared garden. All bills are included in the rent: electricity, gas, water, and Wi-Fi. The location is very convenient for Oxford University and the city centre (10 minutes by bus, 10/15 by bike). The nearest bus stop is just a one-minute walk away and I’d be happy to leave you my bike during your stay. There’s a grocery shop directly opposite the flat (Coop), with several other shops nearby (Tesco, Sainsbury's, etc). The neighbourhood has plenty of lovely cafés, restaurants, and parks, and the lively Cowley area, with its friendly, vibrant atmosphere, is within easy reach. Magdalen Road is only a five-minute walk away and has a great Pilates, yoga, and barre studios, along with independent cafés and places to eat! I’d also be very happy to share recommendations and local tips, both about the University and the city, so you can make the most of your time in Oxford. I’m looking for a responsible and considerate individual or couple who will enjoy the apartment and take good care of it while I’m away. Ideally, I’d prefer someone who can stay for the full period, although I’m also happy to consider shorter stays.
