Description
We are a family from Istanbul and have owned our beautiful home in Emirgan for 15 years. We are currently based in Oxford; one of us is a historian and the other a civil society practitioner and educator. We are looking to rent our home to a considerate and respectful tenant/s who will take good care of it and enjoy the living it offers in one of Istanbul's best neighborhoods.

Comments: The neighborhood is very safe and peaceful. The building has its own garden that is available for all tenants to use. There is no reserved parking although the street always has plenty of parking space.

Comments: Beautiful roof duplex with generous Bosphorus views in Istanbul’s historic Emirgan neighborhood. The apartment is within 5-min walking distance to the seaside as well as shops, restaurants and amenities. It is well-connected by public transport.
