This is a furnished bedroom in a 4 bedroom duplex. It is a four floor walk up. We are looking for someone who is not home much. Female preferred. The space will be shared with a family of 4. One 17 year old and one 14 year old. We are a very busy family. One adult works in an office every day; the other works every day from 3 - midnight. The 2nd floor has the other 3 bedrooms where the family sleeps and the full bathroom where the shower is. The downstairs bathroom does not have a shower. This is located in the very charming West Village The Space Furnished bedroom available in a 4 bedroom duplex. Dresser, closet, desk, refrigerator and microwave. TV with smart tv. The room has a full size bed, window facing south.
