I work in film and television and am either very busy or not busy at all. I am looking for a clean, quiet tenant who will enjoy the wonderful back house and the yard and who is open to greetings from my dog and tortoise. The ADU is newly built and I am looking for a tenant who will leave the place in the same excellent shape they found it.
