Long time Montrealers, our family moved when I was hired for a faculty position in another city. We are looking for tenants for our beloved house in Villeray neighbourhood for fall and winter. Located <15 min walk from orange and blue metro lines, with frequent bus service and several protected bike paths nearby, the house comes fully furnished and features 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a very sunny kitchen/dining room, a closed office space and a living room. Outside is a large quiet yard with gardening space, a barbecue and a private parking. The area boasts many services just a short walk away, including several parks, municipal swimming pools, a public library, groceries and specialty food stores, health clinic, as well as the restaurants and cafés on up-and-coming Jarry street.
