This is a magnificent condo, fully renovated in 2023 un is a classic Montreal-style triplex. It' s located close to everything—absolutely everything , there is a courtyard with a terrace and everything you need to make the most of sunny days (BBQ, lounge chair, table). For winter I have bike, cross country skis and ice skate avalaible. I'd like to welcome a single person, a couple, or a couple with a child who would take care of my condo and my cat. My co-owners are respectful of good neighborly conduct, and I expect the same from those who live with me. My condo is ideal if you need to study or work in peace and quiet while still being close to the vibrant city life.

Comments: It sits on a quiet street in a vibrant neighborhood (named the "coolest neighborhood" by TimeOut in 2021). You’ll find everything you need within walking distance: public transit, restaurants, a grocery store, bars, a library, parks, and schools. Universities are less than 10 minutes away by metro. What makes Verdun truly unique, however, is its access to the St. Lawrence River; in just a few minutes on foot, you can go swimming (yes, we have a beach), walk along the waterfront, go cycling, and more. In short, it is the ideal spot to enjoy both nature and a lively urban atmosphere.
