There’s a full tub in the bathroom, with excellent water pressure and plenty of hot water. The bedroom has a full-size bed and a wall lined with books. It is quiet and can accommodate two people. You will sleep well. There are hardwood floors throughout, and windows in every room. This is a terrific apartment in an excellent, well-maintained building with a beautiful common garden for al fresco dining. a large laundry room, and a monitored package area. The apartment is located in Manhattan's most charming neighborhood. Hudson River Park is five minutes away. Ten minutes on foot will take you to NYU/Washington Square, SoHo, and the Meatpacking district. Add another ten, and you’ll get to Union Square/the New School for Social Research/Parsons, and the neighborhoods of Tribeca, the East Village, and Chelsea. The West Village is full of excellent restaurants, bars, and jazz clubs. It is served by subway lines, as well as the PATH train to New Jersey.
