THE HOME Completely renovated in 2023, with full insulation and reversible air conditioning (one unit in the living room and one in each bedroom), so it is comfortable in summer and winter. Tram lines 1 and 5 are a few minutes' walk, Saint-Roch station is 10 minutes on foot (Paris 3h20 by TGV, Barcelona 3h, Lyon 1h40), the Mediterranean beaches are 20 minutes away and the airport 20 minutes by car. Easy day trips to Sète, Nîmes, Avignon, the Camargue and the Cévennes. AVAILABILITY AND TERMS Available from late December 2026 to 30 June 2027, for the full period. The monthly rate includes all utilities and fibre internet. Rental or home exchange are both welcome: we will be in Sydney from January to June 2027 for a research fellowship at the University of Sydney and are looking for a two-bedroom home there, but we are also open to a non-simultaneous exchange.
