Our fully finished single-family home is in Milton, a lovely suburb adjacent to Boston. Within walking distance are a grocery store, restaurants, coffee shops, shopping, a gym, two parks, and a neighborhood elementary school. The middle school and high school are both a short drive. The house is on a quiet, safe street with wonderful neighbors, in a family-friendly town known for its excellent public and private schools. For those commuting into Boston or elsewhere in the area, the house is conveniently located near Exit 10 on I-93. North Quincy Red Line station is about a 10-minute drive away, and the Milton trolley station is just a 4-minute drive (or about a 30-minute, somewhat hilly walk). The home also has a large backyard patio and a finished basement with a washer and dryer, TV, sofa bed. Upstairs, there is a sunroom with a sofa and TV that can also double as an additional office or workspace. We’re ideally hoping to find someone interested in renting for 2–3 months and are happy to answer any questions about the house or the area.
