Gorgeous Townhouse, pet friendly, 2 bed, in Cook Street Village, Victoria

I will be on Sabbatical, learning a new language from January 1st 2027, to March 31st 2027. And I am looking for the right fit, not a quick fix. The Townhouse is spacious, well organized and very comfortable. The neighbours are pet friendly and approachable. Cook Street Village is a 5 minute away walk, where there are charming cafes, restaurants and a delightful Market, called Roots! The waterfront ( for walking biking or strolling) is literally 8 minutes away….. Downtown is around the corner, yet the neighbourhood, is very quiet. The porch is where I spend a great deal of time. There are Comfortable chairs in which to watch the sunrise, and the day turn into dusk! There is a gardener who comes twice a month, and a house cleaner ( included in the rental) . The gas fireplace, heats the whole Townhouse beautifully, and the furnishings are all about feeling welcome and relaxed…! There is a small study, very good wifi, and I’m happy to consider pets! There is street parking, and a City bus one block away. The Blackball Ferry is a short 5 minute walk to the Victoria Harbourfront, where you can catch a Floatplane, Harbour Air, Kenmore Air, and SeaAir to mention a few….! Or charter a boat, or indulge in a spectacular High Tea at the Empress Hotel!
