Description
My husband and I recently established a second home in Spain. It is not yet set up for our three cats to join us. We have a wonderful home in a quiet neighborhood of Kennesaw, GA, about 30 miles northwest of Atlanta. We have several parks, lakes, shopping, restaurants, and a theater close by. Kennesaw State University is under 7 miles away and many exceptional Cobb County schools are very close. Public transportation would require a 1.5 mile walk to the nearest CobbLinc bus stop. We take great pride in our home and hope to welcome tenants who will treat it—and our pets—with care.

Comments: Kennesaw is a beautiful area with several parks, nearby lakes, and a historic downtown area. We live on a cul-de-sac in a nice neighborhood with shopping, restaurants, and a theater only minutes away. It's a short 10 min. drive to the freeway.

Comments: We are offering our fully furnished 4 bed/3 bath home at a heavily subsidized rate, which fully includes all utilities & high-speed internet, in exchange for the care & feeding of our 3 sweet cats. If your utility costs are low, we can renegotiate.

Comments: From the main entrance there are 8 steps upstairs and 8 steps down to the basement, bedroom & laundry. More steps to the garage. Baby gates might be needed for young kids. We have 1 gate for the deck. The long driveway & cul-de-sac are good for kids.

Our 3 cats are six years old, sweet-tempered, and simple to look after. They thrive on a raw food diet served twice a day, plus quality time spent socializing with their human guests.
Comments: In the spring, we may need help with our front lawn to be mowed (either using our mower or making arrangements for someone to come do this). In case of any issues that come up, we will leave names and numbers of family or services to be used.

Comments: We have a lovely updated home on 3 levels with comfortable queen beds in 3 rooms. There's a very large deck with a hot tub and seating/dining sets looking out on our wooded yard, home to many deer & birds. The office could be another bedroom.

Comments: It's possible that we could have some flexibility with dates. We have family & friends nearby that could take care of our cats for a few days. If housing is needed before the start date, we have empty bedrooms to stay in & we could get acquainted.
