I often rent out my place long term to professionals. However, my partner has been a university guest lecturer, journalist and writer. So I thought it would be nice to offer my home to academics and creatives. It’s a one bedroom flat on the top floor - there is only ground, first and second (no lift). It’s a quiet location, especially for the middle of the city. Close to Imperial College but with great transport links on the doorstep it’s very accessible to many other universities. The nearest tube is five minutes, the bus 75 metres and bike hire docking station 100 metres. It’s very close to Notting Hill and iconic Portbello. One of Europe’s top malls, Westfield shopping centre is seven minutes walk away. I’m flexible on start dates, somewhere around October is ideal. The flat is available for a minimum of three months and a maximum of seven. As the location is pretty quiet it’s best suited to quiet tenants.
