I will be flying back and forth between Seattle and Oxford, England. So I will be using the basement of the home when I am home, but do not expect to be home very often during the academic year.

Comments: Renting out main floor; owner will be staying in basement of the home when not abroad. Will share a garage (1 car for each of us). There is additional outside parking if needed. The only shared space in the house in the laundry room.
