Include 3 or 4 things about your home that guests would most appreciate and be upfront about the less-than-perfect parts of your home.] Stay with us in a quiet neighbourhood that is a joy to explore, minutes away from Vancouver's largest transit hub on Commercial and Broadway. The apartment is clean and well maintained and faces our backyard with trees and shade. The iconic Commercial Drive has a great diversity of restaurants and coffee shops. The apartment is in our basement and, although cozy, it does have a few shortcomings. The ceilings are not full height: 6'6" or 2 meters, and natural light from the windows is a bit limited. The main window looks out on the backyard and the garden studio, where you will often see us working. The studio is set up as a flex space and we are happy to share it for your work. One of us is a professor at UBC and the other an engineer. We work from home at least half the time, and are looking for a quiet, serious tenant for the academic year or part of it. We are quiet and tend to rise early and be in before 10. We are around to help you settle in and address any issues, and respect your privacy.

Comments: This is a basement suite in our home. We live upstairs. It has a separate entrance, access to the backyard, and access to laundry downstairs (which we rarely use).
