Charming apartment in vibrant Leipzig, restaurants and park nearby

Comments: My fully furnished flat is ideal for one person and suitable for a couple. It has a quiet bedroom, a study, and a living room with a TV, sofa and dining table, kitchen and bathroom. Please note that there is no air conditioning in the flat, but as it is an older building, the walls help to regulate the temperature. Washing machine, microwave, air fryer and all the usual appliances provided (except dishwasher). It was freshly renovated when I moved in in 2018 and is in good shape. There’s Wi-Fi and a TV. I work at the University of Leipzig, and you’ll find some interesting fiction and non-fiction books here! Plagwitz is a lively neighbourhood with interesting industrial architecture; it was built in the late 19th century by the industrialist Karl Heine. The flat is near Karl-Heine-Straße, a lively street with numerous restaurants, cafés, etc. For shopping, both KONSUM and REWE, amongst others, are a ten-minute walk away. Public transport: bus, tram, S-Bahn.
