Cozy and spacious apartment in the center of Quebec City

I’m a prof at Université Laval going on sabbatical: 1) first half of 2027 and 2) again first half of 2028. I’m looking to sublet our apartment from January to August (2027 and then again 2028), could also start in December if needed (2026 and then 2027). I’m coming back at the end of August to teach, but I’m flexible for the return date (could be early September). The apartment is full of light, with large windows and patio doors! It’s a lovely living space! The apartment is on two floors (2nd and 3rd floor of the building): the first floor is an open space with the entrance of the apartment, kitchen, dining room, living room, washer and dryer behind mirror doors, and the balcony; the second floor has a bathroom, master bedroom with a balcony (with a view on the mountains!), and a second bedroom or office. The balconies are really nice to enjoy the view on the mountain or the sunset, above a quiet backyard with trees. It’s on a small and quiet street, so it’s very calm, but it’s also close to a street with all the shops. Right at the corner of the apartment, you have a bagel and brunch restaurant, a bookstore, a hairdresser, pizzeria and a neighborhood hardware store. It feels like a cute village… but in the middle of the city! We’re 20 min from Université Laval by bus, 10 minutes by car. We’re also super close to the huge park of the Plaines d’Abraham (litteraly 3 blocks away) where you can go for a stroll or jog to enjoy the view on the St Lawrence river, ice skate in the winter or cross country sky; there’s also a playground for kids and water games. It’s just great!
