IMPORTANT : Please note the homeowner teaches private music lessons from a separate, closed-door room on-site for 10–15 hours per week with a separate entrance. Lessons primarily occur on Tuesdays through Thursdays from 12:30 PM to 6:00 PM, and Saturdays from 11:00 AM to 4:00 PM (times vary slightly, and lessons occasionally fall outside these ranges).
