Welcome! We are a family of educators who love art, music, nature, and cooking great meals. We share our home with two quiet, respectful roommates and our small, rescued dog—she is incredibly well-trained, sweet, and a favorite of everyone who visits. Our home is a warm, inclusive, and welcoming environment. We are seeking a quiet, clean, and responsible professional, researcher, graduate student, or academic. This room is ideal for someone who values a peaceful, studious environment to unwind or work. We deeply value quiet privacy. Standard quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM to respect everyone's work and sleep schedules. Cleanliness: We maintain a very clean home. A shared responsibility for keeping common areas tidy is a must. To maintain privacy and security for everyone in the house, this is a single-occupancy room with a limited/no-overnight-guest policy. When a visit from overseas $250/week No additional pets are permitted. Absolutely no smoking or vaping in the house.
