This is a modern townhome in the quiet, historic town of Crozet, VA. It has gorgeous views of the Blue Ridge mountains, and walkable restaurants, trails, and public schools. Shenandoah National Park is 15 minutes' drive, Charlottesville/UVA is 20 minutes' drive (or ride a free public commuter bus), and Harrisonburg/JMU is 45 minutes' drive. The house has 1 bedroom and bath on the ground floor; open-plan kitchen and living space, half bath, and balcony on the 1st floor; 2 bedrooms and 2 baths on the 2nd floor; and office space and a roof deck on the 3rd floor. Bedrooms have a king bed, a single bed and a crib, and a queen pull-out couch bed (ground floor). The home was built in 2017. We're happy to share more photos and info on request.
