Comments: Included is the use of the kitchen and bathroom and also the dining room - upon coordination with me.. The room is fully furnished and towels and bedsheets are available. Normal use of the washing machine is included.

Comments: I work from the house so I prefer a good understanding and friendly atmosphere, it might sound weird but to summarize it: mature, kind, tidy and rather quiet people preferred.

Comments: The access to the room is through a small hallway and my dining room/kitchen. It s a rather quiet and private place - I ave a quiet, friendly and calm dog.
