You will be sharing a welcoming, progressive home with the owner, a German professional who works full-time from a home office and sometimes in Silicon Valley. For complete transparency, I am married but live separately from my wife in this beautiful home. The household aligns with liberal, pro-choice values and thrives on open-minded, inclusive, and highly respectful communication. We deeply value a clean, harmonious, and considerate household dynamic where everyone's space, privacy, and schedules are honored. To ensure a stable work environment, daytime hours (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday–Friday) must remain quiet. There is a strict policy against online gaming (during day times), streaming out loud, or high-bandwidth/loud activities during these working hours. To keep our premium home environment clean and comfortable for everyone, we maintain a few strict house policies: we are a strict no-outdoor-shoes home (clean house shoes, slippers, or socks are welcome inside), absolutely no pets, no smoking, and no drugs anywhere on the property.
