Likewise The British Library and Senate House Library. Angel underground station is a 5 minute walk away, with Farringdon Station and King’s Cross / St Pancras within 15-20 minutes walk. A single-decker electric bus runs direct to Liverpool Street. The flat is within a 1830s terraced building, converted into 3 flats. It is on the first floor with high ceilings and large windows, which let in plenty of light. The flat was fully refurbished in 2024 with newly installed kitchen, bathroom, boiler and central heating. To note, the flat is available for Monday – Friday only (4 nights) and will be occupied on the other nights. As the space is shared, it is let under a lodger agreement. Belongings will remain in the space but it will be private to the lodger during Monday - Friday. All the items and equipment in the kitchen available for use. There is an electric piano available. All bills (gas, electric, wifi, water) are included. Likewise a cleaner visit every 2 weeks is included.
