Rent a room or up to four rooms (check with me for availability) in my furnished home with free wifi and utilities close by to Western University. Parking in the driveway is available upon request. Preference is given to other mature female students and professionals. This is a nonsmoking home. No illegal activities or substance use on the property. Two bathrooms and the kitchen in the photos will be available to you. You may also use the lounge area in the photos. This is an allergy conscious home. Let us know if you have any allergies and you must respect the allergies of others. There are pots, pans, dishes, cutlery, and some appliances already there for your convenience. The mattress is provided and will be a queen sized bed for each room along with the furniture. Room rates may vary based on the room. Discount rates may be available for longer term renters of 8-12 months.
