For anyone working or writing from home, there are two separate desks/workspaces, making the apartment suitable for either one person or a couple who both need space to work. The living area also has a television and soundbar. A dedicated outdoor parking space is included. Laundry facilities are available on site. It is a lovely place for walking, observing aquatic birds, and enjoying a quiet natural area while still living within the city. The location provides convenient access to Ocean Beach, Point Loma, Mission Bay, downtown San Diego, and other parts of the city.
