I am looking for one flatmate to share this wonderful place. My previous flatmates have come from all over, and we have loved living here. Here are some of our favorite things: CONVENIENT TO EVERYWHERE - All campuses and all of Boston and Cambridge. Near miles of bike paths and walking paths along the Charles River. Close to all transportation. An easy commute to wherever you need to be: • To MIT: Walk or bike across the beautiful Longfellow Bridge, or 1 stop on Red Line T. The river and skyline panorama will make you want to take your time. • To Harvard: Bike along the river, or 3 stops on Red Line T. (Tufts is 2 stops further.) • To Mass. General Hospital: Walk 5 minutes through Beacon Hill. (You could pause for coffee or homemade ice cream on Charles Street.) • To Longwood Medical Area & Harvard Medical School: Take a direct shuttle from MGH or walk through the Public Garden to Green Line T • To Boston University: Walk or bike along the river, or Green Line T • To Financial District, Suffolk, Tufts Medical: Walk 7-8 minutes through Beacon Hill or Boston Common, or 1-2 stops on Red Line T GORGEOUS NEIGHBORHOOD - Beacon Hill, the place you see on postcards. It's a real neighborhood, with small shops, friendly people, and great cafes so close you can almost smell the coffee. The Charles River Esplanade, the Public Garden, and Boston Common are just a couple of blocks away. Sail on the river, or stroll and watch the ducks and swans. Ice skate on the Frog Pond! Walk 5 minutes to Newbury Street and all of Back Bay. Take in music, dance, theater in walking distance or a short T ride. Give tourists directions, because you're local. SUNNY, QUIET, COMFORTABLE - The apartment is spacious, quiet, and easy to share. It's on the top floor (4th) with an elevator. Windows throughout fill it with sun and lovely views of the skyline and sunset. The whole apartment and available bedroom are fully furnished. $1,600/month includes all utilities and high-speed Internet. Up-front costs are first and last month's rent. I would prefer a flatmate for the full year, but would consider shorter periods. I work from home, so I prefer if you do not need to very often. Please, no smoking and no pets (even lovable and well-behaved ones). If you think you would enjoy this, I'd be glad to meet you and show you the place. Please contact me through this listing. I look forward to hearing from you. Thanks, Cindy
