We are offering our lovely, character-filled semi-detached home for short-term rental. It sits in one of Toronto's most welcoming and vibrant neighbourhoods, just steps from Wychwood Barns, in an area that is wonderful for families and young professionals, with a friendly, community-oriented atmosphere and everything you need within easy walking distance. The house is spread over three floors, with plenty of natural light, comfortable living spaces, and several lovely outdoor areas. As you enter, you are welcomed by a spacious entrance closet that leads into an open-concept living and dining area, which flows naturally into the kitchen through an open wall, creating a warm and sociable main floor. The main floor also features a charming sunroom with double doors opening onto a quaint, private decked garden filled with trees and plants, along with a convenient powder room. The second floor has two bedrooms and a large, bright room with beautiful windows that we currently use as our TV room, library, and computer space. It is, in many ways, our second living room and a wonderful place to relax, read, or work. A full-size washer and dryer on this floor handles everyday laundry, and there are additional laundry facilities in the basement for large or heavy loads. The third floor offers a private bedroom with its own bathroom and shower, plus double doors leading onto a large, private deck, a lovely retreat for morning coffee, reading, or simply enjoying some quiet time. This entire floor can be closed off and excluded from the rental if the additional space is not needed, and we would offer a reduced rental price in that case. One of the special features of our home is its outdoor space. A lovely front garden welcomes you to the house, the back offers a peaceful decked garden with mature greenery and plants, and the third-floor deck provides another wonderful spot to enjoy the outdoors. The location is one of the things we love most about our home. We are right beside Wychwood Barns, in a vibrant and friendly neighbourhood known for its sense of community, with wonderful cafes, shops, markets, and renowned restaurants within walking distance. St. Clair West subway station is an easy walk, and a streetcar just around the corner provides quick access to St. Clair West and St. Clair Station. It is an especially lovely neighbourhood for families, with parks, schools, shops, restaurants, and a welcoming community atmosphere all close by. A few practical details: this is a three-storey semi-detached home with two bedrooms on the second floor, an additional private bedroom and bathroom on the third floor, two bathrooms plus a powder room, an open-concept living and dining area, a sunroom, a library/TV/work room, and multiple outdoor spaces including the private third-floor deck. The basement is not included in the rental and the third floor can be excluded for a lower rental price.
