I am offering my home in Kadıköy while I am away in Paris for my sabbatical from January to June 2027. Furnished 1-Bedroom + Study Room with Sofa Next to Yoğurtçu Park, Kadıköy. The apartment is fully furnished and located in a new building with an elevator, just two buildings away from Yoğurtçu Park. It has one bedroom and a separate study with a sofa bed, providing a comfortable workspace as well as an additional sleeping area when needed. The apartment is in a lively but residential part of Kadıköy, with easy access to cafés, restaurants, shops, and the cultural life of the neighbourhood. The metro is approximately a 15-minute walk away. Internet is included, and pets are welcome. As this is my own home, I would be particularly happy to rent it to a visiting academic, researcher, or professional looking for a comfortable temporary home in Istanbul. The apartment is available for approximately six months, from late December 2026/early January to the end of June 2027.
