Description
Enjoy a relaxed Sydney summer in our spacious, beautifully furnished family home in leafy Belrose on the Northern Beaches. The home is fully equipped for a comfortable extended stay, with air-conditioning, a private swimming pool, modern appliances, generous indoor and outdoor living areas, and comfortable spaces for working from home. Belrose offers a peaceful, green setting while remaining within easy reach of Manly Beach, the Northern Beaches, Sydney CBD and major universities. Shops, parks, schools and public transport are also conveniently accessible. The home would particularly suit a visiting academic, professional or family looking for a well-presented, comfortable base in Sydney for several weeks. The property is family-friendly and non-smoking. We do not normally allow pets. As this is a suburban Northern Beaches location, having a car is useful; use of our car may be considered by arrangement for a suitably licensed driver familiar with Australian road rules. Available 4 December 2026 to 17 January 2027 only, as we will be returning home at the end of this period. We are looking for respectful guests who will enjoy the home and care for it as their own.
