The apartment was renovated last summer with updated floors and fixtures throughout. Furnishings have a warm mid-century feel, and excellent sound insulation keeps the space calm and private. The living room includes true stereo surround sound, and new wall-controlled PTAC units provide year-round comfort. The bedroom features automatic room-darkening and decorative blinds. Shelving by California Closets in bedroom and hallway maximizes space for clothes and storage. Other highlights include state of the art 65” and 55” Sony Bravia TVs in the living room and bedroom, a Sub-Zero refrigerator, Miele dishwasher, and a powerful shower that's always the perfect temperature. Two short blocks away, the 96th Street express red line provides quick access downtown to Lincoln Center, Broadway, Chelsea, the High Line, and Greenwich Village, and uptown to Columbia University and Harlem. Central Park is a few blocks east. Riverside Park is just outside the building, with long riverfront paths for walking, running, or biking.
