Charming Cambridge condo, close to MIT, Harvard, BU - with parking

Description

The property is full of Cambridge charm. It's close to restaurants, grocery shopping (Whole Foods and Trader Joe's are both 10 min walk away), MIT, Harvard and BU - and the Central Square subway stop is also close. 2 off-street tandem parking spaces included, which is important in Cambridge without a residential parking sticker. The rental dates are somewhat flexible but we are aiming to rent from Dec 1, 2026 - April/May/June 2027. The bedroom locations allow privacy. Master bedroom has queen mattress. The second bedroom has a pull out West Elm sofa as the bed which is comfortable and only a few years old. The second bedroom could easily stay an office/guest room (which is how we use it) if that is preferable. This has been our primary residence, so it's well cared for. We are looking for tenants who will treat it like their own home. Up to 2 cats are OK. No smokers.
