Our 2-bedroom, 2.5 bath home will be available to rent for the Spring 2027 semester (Jan 1-Jun 31) while we are on sabbatical. Located on a quiet street, our home is a close walk to the University of Idaho and a short drive to Washington State University. It is 1 mile from downtown Moscow and close to a 28-mile paved biking/walking path between Troy, ID and Pullman, WA. Moscow is also within 30-60 min from a variety of outdoor activities. Our home has two office spaces, which make it an ideal place for faculty, graduate students, or professionals visiting for a semester or who need a place while looking for permanent housing. It also has a small music room (which could be re-converted into another bedroom), a one-car garage, and a terraced backyard with a landscaped garden. It is best for individuals, couples, or a small family with an older child. We would also ask that you water the houseplants and mow the small yard occasionally in the spring. High speed internet and utilities included. 0.5 miles to grocery store, movie theater, and restaurants 1 mile to the University of Idaho 1 mile to downtown (restaurants, Moscow Food Co-op, coffee shops, live music, stores) 2 miles to shopping mall 9 miles (15–20 min drive) to Washington State University 8 miles (20 min drive) to Moscow Mountain (hiking, mountain biking, snowshoeing, XC skiing)
