A peaceful top-floor home with an exceptional view of Paris Hi, I’m Matthias. I’m a French entrepreneur currently taking a sabbatical after more than 15 years leading a technology company. I love music, art, photography and technology, and this apartment has been my home for many years. I’m now opening it to someone who would enjoy experiencing Paris from a different perspective: not as a tourist, but as a temporary resident. 🗼 The view is the star The apartment is on the 12th and top floor of the building, with open views across Paris. From the east-facing terrace, you have an unobstructed view of the Eiffel Tower and the Paris skyline. The apartment faces both east and west, so it enjoys beautiful natural light throughout the day. One of my favorite things about living here has been having coffee on the terrace in the morning while watching Paris slowly come to life. It is a rare feeling: being high above the city, being able to contemplate the sunrise, feeling the energy of the city, while your home itself remains remarkably quiet and peaceful. 🏡 The apartment The apartment is 68 m² (+28 m² outdoor terraces) and is fully furnished and equipped. You have everything you need for everyday life nearby: supermarkets (Monoprix and Picard are my local picks), bakeries (2 amazing bakeries 2 min by walk), cafés, restaurants, parks, local shops and a mall with a Starbucks. Metro Line 10 is approximately a 5-minute walk away, providing convenient access to central Paris. You can enjoy the cultural life of Paris while coming home to a quieter residential neighborhood at the end of the day. The location is also particularly convenient for people working or studying in western Paris, Boulogne, Saint-Cloud, Issy-les-Moulineaux and the surrounding area. 🎓 An ideal home for a sabbatical or extended stay I would particularly love to welcome: * Visiting academics and professors * Researchers * Writers and artists * International professionals * Couples or families spending several weeks or months in Paris * People relocating temporarily to the Paris area The apartment is designed to be lived in, not simply slept in. There is enough space to work, cook, relax, read, play piano, enjoy the terraces and experience Paris at a slower pace. ❤️ A home rather than a hotel This apartment has a special place in my heart, and I would like to find someone who will enjoy it and take care of it as their own home during their stay. The dates are flexible, and I’m open to discussing stays from a few weeks to several months depending on the timing.
