Our flat has soaring ceilings, 4 large south-facing windows, and hard wood floors. Located in a turn-of-the-century building, we have a bright living room, dining room, eat-in kitchen, and 2 bedrooms. One bedroom has a double bed, armoire and closet. The second room is an office with a desk, a single bed - plus as a double bed up in a loft. We have a smart TV located in the office/guestroom. We have furnished the flat with love and the walls are full of art from our many travels around the world. Nice quality sheets. linens, towels and tea towels are all provided. Our living room has a large sofa and a reading chair with a footstool. The dining room table fits 4 -6 people. Our apt. is quiet, located on the second floor and sits on a lovely tree-lined street. We are close to the trams/buses that run downtown and to the Bloor line subway. Roncesvalles is a highly walkable area. We are near all the shops, grocers, cafes, and churches. It is a 9 min. walk to beautiful High Park, 20 min. walk to Lake Ontario, 20 min. to the Bloor UP train, 20 min. to MOCA (Museum of Contemporary Art), 13 min. to St. Joseph Hospital and 10 min. to the cycling railpath. We have high speed WIFI, a gas stove, a microwave, an electric kettle, air fryer, radio, a stereo and even a turntable for vinyl. There is a coin operated laundry room located in the basement which can be reached by elevator. All utilities are included in the rent including abundant heat during the winter to keep you cozy. We are currently away for an extended work contract in Europe and hope to find one person or a couple who wants to come to Toronto for work or studies.
