I split my time between Vancouver and Rome/India. I’ve lived in Kitsilano for more than seven years and really love the neighbourhood — the apartment is my home, and I’m looking for someone who will enjoy and care for it in the same way while I’m away. I’m subletting my fully furnished 1-bedroom apartment (approximately 650–700 sq ft) in the heart of Kitsilano, with flexible start and end dates. I’m looking for a clean, quiet, mature, and respectful person or couple who appreciates a peaceful home and will treat the space with care. The neighbourhood: * Great coffee shops, IGA, and London Drugs just a block away * Beautiful park and Kitsilano Community Centre directly behind the building * Lots of restaurants, shops, and amenities within walking distance * Private balcony (no BBQs, please!) * Plenty of street parking on Broadway and surrounding streets The building & apartment: * Extremely quiet, well-established building with a mature community of residents * Fully furnished * Internet/Wi-Fi, electricity, heating, and hot water included * Coin-operated laundry in the building * No pets or smoking, including on the balcony * No parties or large gatherings Because the building is particularly quiet, being respectful of noise and neighbours is important.
