Description
I travel on a work trip for 4 months and I am looking for someone to sub-let my apartment (ideally) for the entire period. Happy to discuss dates. I was hoping to leave the furniture so the apartment is ready to move into instantly. It's a beautiful quiet location and the bedroom windows look onto a courtyard garden. There is a spacious king(?) bed in a large bedroom plus a double sofa bed in the living room. All appliances included in the kitchen, including a washing machine. Comments: Utilities are not included and a smart meter calculates the bills at the end of each month. Currently paying approx. 100 EUR a month and I can give you access to my login so you can keep track of your monthly bills.
